Each resident in their first year, is assigned a faculty advisor as your specific contact for questions through all three years. After the first year, residents may select an advisor. In addition, each class is assigned an advisor to cover the specific needs of each level of residency. This will allow an appropriate evaluation process to occur for each resident. In the first year, it is expected that you will meet at least quarterly with your faculty advisor and gain feedback from them on a regular basis. The meetings should occur the first week of each quarter, i.e., August, November, February, and May, at the discretion of the resident and faculty advisor.
